Return in five steps
First, open the "Help" menu on SPECTRUM and click on "Return an item".
- Type the order number to return and your email address.
- Select the items to return and indicate the reason for each one.
- Select a refund option and provide the required data.
- Select how to ship your return and click on "Send request".
- Once sent, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the information needed to carry out the operation.
Always wait for a feedback from SPECTRUM before shipping your parcel. We accept only returns that have already been evaluated and approved by our operators.
Requested a return but never received a feedback
If it's been 48 business hours since you requested a return and still no feedback from SPECTRUM, please carefully check your spam folder. For additional support, please contact our customer care team in the "Help" section by clicking on "Open a ticket".
