You've got several ways to track your order:
- Open your mailbox and click on the link you'll find in the shipping confirmation email. If your order has already been shipped but you didn't receive the tracking number, remember to check your spam folder.
- Type your email address and order number in the "Help" section on our homepage and then click on "Search" to find out where your order is.
- SPECTRUM registered users can login and browse the "My orders" section to check the status of all their orders.
