Request a return
First, if you have received an item with clear manufacturing defects, open the "Help" menu on SPECTRUM and click on "Return an item". Then select the defective product and indicate "faulty item" as a motivation.
Once sent your return request, you will be contacted within 24 business hours by one of our operators who will provide you with the instructions on how to proceed.
Place another order
Unfortunately, you cannot replace a faulty item with a new one. If you have received a faulty item and need a refund, please follow the steps given above.
Meanwhile, if the product is still available, you can place another order. Please note that these are two separate operations.
