Cancel a return
There are still some cases when a return can be cancelled, even after the confirmation has already been sent. Depends on the shipping method:
- If you chose "Post office drop-off", then the return can be canceled only if it has not been taken to the post office yet.
- If you chose "Spectrum drop-off", then the return can be canceled only if it has not been taken to Spectrum yet.
- If you chose "Home pick-up", then the return can be canceled only if it has not been taken over by the courier yet.
- If you chose "Choose a courier of your choice", then the return can be canceled only if it has not been shipped yet.
