Remember that the courier always makes two delivery attempts, in two consecutive business days. If both are unsuccessful and our customer care couldn't reach you, your parcel ends up to the local post office.
In case we don't receive any instruction from you, the parcel returns to our warehouse.
If you've already paid, we will issue the refund as soon as your parcel reaches our warehouse. The timing of refund depends on your bank and it may take up to 14 business days.

If your parcel is already returning to our warehouse, then it cannot be sent back to you - but you can place a new order. In this specific case, SPECTRUM doesn't guarantee the availability of the products.
